Papyro is live: a modular team workspace on your own server

Papyro, built by RMOS, brings 18 modules including boards, documents, chat, video rooms, helpdesk and HR into one application on your own server. One annual licence, no per-user fee. The product page is live.

Day-to-day team work is often spread across unrelated tools: task tracking in one place, documents in another, chat and video calls in a third product. Papyro brings this work into a single application, running on your own server. The product page is live; you can schedule a call to discuss scope and setup.

What is included

Papyro consists of 18 modules. They share one workspace and one user and permission model; the calendar shows events from every module in one place.

  • Boards and calendar — plan the work, follow progress in one calendar
  • Documents and data grid — team knowledge in one place, with version history
  • Chat and video rooms — conversations and meetings without leaving the workspace
  • External booking — visitors book a suitable slot from your website
  • Helpdesk — customer requests without a second tool
  • Human resources — personnel records, leave and asset assignment in one place
  • For technical teams — issue tracking, REST API, MCP, an AI assistant and developer tools
  • Shared layer — search and command palette, notifications, team activity, statistics, import and export

Deployment options

  • On your own server: installed with Docker Compose on a Linux server or virtual machine. Installation, data migration and initial configuration are planned together.
  • Managed by RMOS: hosting on a dedicated, single-tenant server. Installation, updates and backups are handled by RMOS.

Licence and data

  • One annual licence, no per-user fee. Which modules the licence covers is agreed based on your needs; modules can be added later.
  • Your data stays yours. Export is always available; if the licence expires, data is never deleted or locked.
  • No usage tracking. The only outbound call is licence verification; it can be disabled and works in closed networks.
  • Interface in 7 languages, light and dark theme.

Papyro is used daily within RMOS. Installation, migration and support are carried out by the team that builds the product.
