Central CRM

Suggestions, complaints, faults, and requests from in-house guests are managed from a single point; the system sorts incoming records and routes them to the relevant departments. Profile Bank records guest preferences, complaints and requests, and special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries — accessible at a single click, with e-mail sending built in.

Task Tracking and Fault Management

For every complaint, the system tracks its type, subject, cause, location, time and date, the department handling it, and who resolved it. For faults, it records which staff member performed the repair, the materials used, and service details for items sent out for service.

Housekeeping

Room cleaning requests, faults, and complaints are recorded; resolution methods and times are reported. Minibar and room status entries are logged, and lost and found tracking runs through the system.

Equipment Maintenance Tracking

Fixed assets are registered in the system and preventive maintenance is scheduled from it; the system issues alerts before maintenance is due.

Survey System

QR codes placed anywhere in the property enable surveys of any content and depth: check-in/check-out surveys, general surveys, guest satisfaction surveys, department surveys. "Through the Guest's Eyes" surveys can run instantly; all results are reported in detail.

À La Carte Reservations

Guests make à la carte reservations from their mobile devices or from kiosks in the hotel. Product quantities expected to be consumed can be reported in advance based on reservations.

Mobile Apps

With the mobile guest app, guests submit complaints, faults, requests, and suggestions from their phones.

Reporting and Integration

Detailed, flexible graphical reports are available for every module. Works integrated with RMOS Front Office and the RMOS Quality and Document Management system.
