Requisition Management

Departments enter their daily material requests directly into the system, eliminating manual work and saving paperwork. Requests from different branches are approved centrally, and purchasing runs from a single center.

Requisition Pool and Inventory Integration

All requests land in the requisition pool. Since the pool is integrated with the inventory system, users instantly see each item's stock quantity and last purchase price. In-stock items are fulfilled automatically from the system; quantities can easily be reduced, increased, or split within authorization limits.

Quotation Gathering

Out-of-stock items entering the purchasing process are grouped for appropriate supplier selection; purchasing product packages are prepared in advance so items don't need to be reselected each time. Suppliers with existing agreements appear automatically per item — no duplicate quotations for products contracted at the start of the season. Suppliers receive an e-mail with a portal link where they enter price, specification, and payment terms; quotations flow automatically into the RMOS procurement screen.

Quotation Comparison and Ordering

The system runs a comparison analysis and automatically selects the best quotation. Offers are listed with price, specification, and term options at a single click; supplier selection can be made from the list or from mobile devices. Orders are sent to the chosen supplier automatically through the system.

Goods Receipt and Invoice Control

Invoice-versus-order and order-versus-incoming-invoice comparisons run automatically in both directions; quantity and amount mismatches are flagged on screen. When goods are received into the warehouse, the delivery note is converted to an invoice with a single click.
