Warehouse Inventory System

Stock codes and stock cards, purchase and sales invoices, warehouse requisitions, return invoices, transfer slips, department returns, carry-over and damage slips, bulk stock slips, goods receipt forms, and month-end operations are all managed on a single platform. Stock cards are created with a grouping logic, enabling group-based reporting later on.

Inventory Movements and Reports

All inventory movements are organized from a single window. Receipt reports, issue reports, inventory reports, and general or department-based consumption reports are available instantly. Inventory status can be viewed by group or by item. During stock entry, the item's last purchase price and supplier details are shown on screen.

Stocktaking

Interactive count entry completes stocktakes in a short time with instant results. Warehouse counts can be performed with mobile devices.

Cost Control

Recipe system and department sales tracking; cost of sales, open buffet and banquet costs, department consumption. Sales slips, non-payable transactions, active recipe operations, production, and board recipes are managed within the system.

Cost Reports

Month-end cost reports, recipe and item sales reports, department inventory and cost reports, consumption and yearly consumption reports, yearly comparison tables. Per-person cost reports are generated with a single click.

Integration

All inventory movements are posted to accounting; department transfers of stock invoices are made instantly. The cost module works fully integrated with the inventory and accounting systems.
