General Ledger and Voucher Operations

Accounting entries (journal, collection, payment vouchers) are created quickly and easily. Source documents can be scanned and attached to vouchers; related files (XLS, DOC, PDF, JPG, etc.) can be linked so the original document is accessible directly from the accounting record. Voucher control lists, invoice control, exchange difference postings, account transfers, allocation and closing entries, cancelled vouchers, and exchange difference invoicing are all managed on a single platform.

Account Monitoring and Statements

Account movement details and statements are retrieved easily. From any line you can jump to the related voucher, view its attached documents, and — if the transaction has an inventory record — see the details of the inventory invoice.

Legal Reporting

All regulation-compliant legal reports are available from the system: trial balance, foreign currency trial balance, aged trial balance, consolidated trial balance, journal, general ledger, inventory ledger, subsidiary ledger, and Ba-Bs forms.

Financial Statements and Activity Reports

Balance sheet, income statement, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and all financial statements are produced by the system. The activity report presents all business activities month by month, in different formats and currency types.

Aging and Payment-Collection Planning

Aging in TRY and foreign currencies for all current accounts; strong solutions for payment and collection planning. Term account control and online account reconciliation provide end-to-end financial tracking.

Cash, Bank, and Cheque-Note Operations

Cash vouchers, daily cash reports, bank vouchers, and bank reports; automatic tracking of bank movements via the Banka Bakiyem integration. Full tracking with cheque-note entry, lists, and reports.

Budget Management

Budget codes, monthly and yearly budget reports, budget activity reports, and cost center-based tracking.

Inflation Accounting

Recently introduced inflation accounting is available out of the box.

Multi-Company and Multi-Branch Structure

Transactions, tracking, and reporting across multiple branches from a single company; single-point management for group companies and company-branch structures.
